The company MB Connect Line provides global remote maintenance via a secure and scalable VPN solution based on the modular principle. The mbNET routers serve as intelligent devices with integrated modem (UTMS, GPRS, EDGE, GSM, ISDN or analog) and an Ethernet port (WAN).
A connection can be established via dial-up, mbConnect24.net using the internet portal or independently based on an individual customer service portal on mymbConnect24. The portal solution mbConnect24 allows a simple construction and operation of VPN networks without the requirement of any special skills. Besides the benefit of a central connection and access management the portal includes a convenient reporting system. In order to provide maximum security, the portal has an integrated firewall and data transmissions are encrypted via secure VPN connections. Additionally, data transmissions via the HTTPS protocol are also possible when using the portal. Through the simple and mobile web access feature, the users are able to retrieve the most important system information via smartphone or tablet PC on the go.
