It is with great pleasure that we inform you of a groundbreaking change: MB connect line is going back to its roots! Our long-standing managers Timo Bednarek (Operation Lead) and Alexander Kamm (Technical Lead) will take over 100% of the shares and the management of the company as part of a management buyout (MBO). This means that MB connect line will no longer be part of the HMS Group, but will operate as an independent company. Corresponding contracts were signed with HMS on 01.10.2024.

For you, our customers, this means more flexibility, faster response times and the well-known high quality that you have been able to rely on for years. By becoming independent, we are continuing our successful history and can once again respond to your needs with even more agility. Contact persons, sales channels and products will remain the same.

We are also going back to the roots in terms of the company name: Red Lion Europe GmbH will become MB connect line GmbH again in the near future.

The final takeover will take place within the next two months, marking a major milestone on our way back to independence. We are excited about the future and look forward to shaping this new chapter together with you – with proven team spirit and fresh perspectives!
