The current COVID risk assessment of the RKI was rated high yesterday – the tumbling events are pushing us all into situations that can only be managed together with great effort.

In order to fulfil our social responsibility, we at MB connect line would also like to help contain the spread of the virus. Early on, we developed emergency plans to protect our employees and ensure smooth business operations. In concrete terms, this means that employees can work from home without restrictions, key positions in all our business areas are filled and your personal contact persons are available to you through all known channels.

# Your orders are safe with us: in the office and home office. We work from anywhere and are available to you from a remote location.
# Contact: For a long time now, we’ve been going digital. For your and our protection and to keep social contacts to a minimum, we are replacing on-site appointments with telephone and web conferences until further notice. Simply contact your respective contact person and arrange a joint web appointment. In order to keep communication as simple as possible, we ask you to contact us via e-mail or the contact form on our website.
# Support: You can reach our support as usual via our familiar channels, but we recommend contacting us via helpdesk or e-mail and ask for your understanding in case of longer waiting times for our telephone support.
